Misr Rants
I just do not get muslims here living in Misr(Egypt) they will go out of their way to give their children an Western Education , learning english and so on, but when it comes to Islam they do nothing . They barely speak the arabic language if at all. Its a local language. Why not teach your kids the language of Quraan and you your self learn it as a muslim and or muslimah. Its our duty as parents to give our kids a good islamic education. Not only it will help them in this dunya but in the after life. Now days you got muslim kids here I cant tell if they are muslim or kafir(disbelievers) its just sad to me to see this, Our kids wanting to take role models like Kim kardashian, or Beyonce, Kanye West, Instead of role models like Omar Ibn Khattab. Amir Al Khattab Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him . And whats this about not getting your kids up for prayer. oh Im so sick of hearing they are too young. Let them sleep. astaghfirullah you cant wake your kids up to pray but you wake them up for school and party and other stuff and then wonder why they are out of control when they are teenagers and then grow up to be terrible adults. Its because we as parents have failed them. We should be the role model but instead we are trying to be a friend . So then this is why our kids are out of control because they have no proper role models. We need to wake up or else our kids are going to go to the kafirs and I know we dont want that.

Ramadan has come and gone ..
SubnahAllah Ramadan has come to an end. I am very sad to see it leave but Alhamdulillah I was blessed to be here to witness, One thing I would like to stress just because Ramadan has come and come does not mean we have to give up striving to become closer to Allah. We can do this all year around, by reading Quran praying, fasting leaving off all acts of disobedience which does not please Allah.
Lets continue to strive to become better muslims and learn about our deen, so that we may be able to teach and help others along the way.
I am still trying to put together a good routine for me to review Quraan and learn my new pages of the Surah I am going over. Right now its just wait until I get a silent time but I need to put something stronger together . I am not so much worried about the hours. I am dedicated to comitting to that but need to put together a solid plan.
Does any one have any idea? Id love to hear them
